Here are a few pictures of my gang.  I started to raise Alaskan Malamutes about 9 years ago and, with my first dog Smokey, I fell in love with the Idea of  having a sled dog team and all aspects of this wonderful breed. So I started to do alot of reading about training and raising this breed, I now have Sierra Kennels and I build 4 wheeled training carts to train dogs when there is no snow for sledding. I am  heavily involved in sledding and weight pulling.

He is a 9 year old, very smart, outgoing, gentle dog. He has earned his title in weight pulling, He is reteird from sledding , due to an injury. 

This is "Willow"

She is a 10 year old alpha female dog of my kennel.
Willow is a very gentel, sweet, hard working dog.
She is a very frendly dog. she is retired from sledding now, but loves back packing

This Is "Drifter"

Drifter is high energy and is my class clown.  Drifter is a primary lead dog. 

This is "LiL Sierra Nevada"

 Sierra loves to play with the boys and cause all kinds of confusion with them. She is my princess with a devilish side to her,  very intellient.
 

"Blue Sky Thunder"

Thunder is a mischievious dog. He is a very hard worker and filling the position of swing dog.

 Maxx is a Lab/St. Bernard mix
He is a very neat dog, he runs as wheel dog on the sled team.

"Lightning"
Lightning is high energy and a Primary lead dog.
